YouTube and Instagram: Meet and Greet Organization
This service is for YouTubers and Instagram personalities that need a team to plan and execute their larger meet and greet events. We will work with your team to be the extra arms and legs on the ground once you arrive in the Atlanta area. If you are local, even better! We will make sure your meetup event runs smoothly, so you can cater to your attendees!
This 3-Hour Package Includes:
- Setting up and maintaining event registration
- Scout out and recommend venues (including backup location)
- Red carpet setup, management and execution
- Chrome stanchions, velvet ropes and red carpet (Rental)
- Run on-site check-ins (General Tickets and VIPs)
- Curate your itinerary and make suggestions for smooth execution
- Organize volunteers and delegate roles for the event
- Attendee follow-up and thank you through eBlast
- 3 hours of Photographer (30-min of set up, 2 hours of event, 30-min of after shots)
- 3 hours of Videographer (30-min of set up, 2 hours of event, 30-min of after shots)
Area Served: ATL - Anywhere outside of this area will incur additional travel and lodging expenses to be added to the total cost of this package.
